Contact & feedback

There is no account system here, so there is no support queue behind a login. Both boxes below reach the same place — they are separated so you can say which kind of message you are sending.

Questions about how the tool works, whether you may use it somewhere, licensing, press, or anything that needs a person rather than a bug report.

All three fields are required.

Required.

Required — this is the only way we can reply.

What would you like to ask? There is no character limit.

Pressing this sends your message to our form provider, and nothing else on this site does. Your resume is not attached and is not accessible to this form.

Feedback

Something scored wrong, a rule you disagree with, a template that broke, a profession the tool handles badly. This is the most useful thing you can send — the scoring rules are the actual product, and they improve mainly because someone said one was wrong.

A bug

Something behaved wrongly. Tell us what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.

A scoring rule you disagree with

Every rule is meant to be defensible in a sentence. If one is not, it should change.

A gap

A skill alias we miss, a profession we cover badly, a metric type that does not fit your work.

If it is a bug: what you did, what happened, what you expected. Specifics beat politeness.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover a lost resume. Your document is stored in your own browser and never reaches us, so if you clear your site data there is no copy anywhere to restore. Export a JSON backup from the builder and keep it somewhere safe.

We cannot review your resume personally, or tell you why a specific employer did not reply. The tools remove the mechanical reasons a resume gets filtered out; they cannot speak for a hiring decision.

We do not have your data to delete. Requests to remove personal information are the one thing we genuinely cannot action, because we never received any — see the privacy page. Clearing your browser storage deletes everything the product ever held.

Frequently asked questions

Is my resume sent when I use the contact form?
No. The form carries only the name, email and message you type into it, and it has no access to your resume at all — the document stays in your browser’s local storage. Sending a message is also the only moment this site contacts anyone else; simply loading a page sends nothing.
Can you recover a resume I lost?
No, and this is worth understanding before it happens. Your resume is stored only in your own browser, so it never reaches us and no copy exists for us to restore. Clearing site data, switching browser or using private browsing removes it permanently. Export a JSON backup from the builder — it takes one click.
Do I have to give an email address?
Yes. Name, email and message are all required. The address is only used to reply to you — it is not added to a list, and there is no list to add it to. If you would rather stay anonymous, say so in the message and we will read it and not write back.
What kind of feedback is most useful?
A scoring rule you think is wrong, with the reason. The rules are the actual product, and every rule is meant to be defensible in one sentence — if one is not, it should change. Bug reports are most useful with three things: what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead.
Can you delete my personal data?
There is nothing to delete. No account is created, no resume is transmitted and no analytics profile is built, so a deletion request has no target. Clearing your browser storage for this site removes everything the product has ever held about you.
